Record: Where Our Portfolio Stands
Transactions through October 2, 2026. Peso amounts are independently rounded up to the next ₱1,000; percentages use actual figures.| Sukatan | Public dashboard figure |
|---|---|
| Total contributions | ₱217,000 |
| Portfolio book value | ₱234,000 |
| Net portfolio income | ₱18,000 |
| Income / contributions | 8.0% |
| Net realized gains | ₱13,000 |
| Dividend income | ₱5,000 |
| Cash available | ₱1,000 |
| Active positions | 29 |
| Completed trades shown in the dashboard | 313 |
Dashboard presentation note: Peso amounts are independently rounded up to the next ₱1,000. Calculations and percentages use actual, unrounded figures. Displayed amounts may not reconcile due to rounding. Broker-generated figures retain their original precision.
| Income source | Rounded-up amount | Share of income composition |
|---|---|---|
| Net realized gains | ₱13,000 | |
| Dividends | ₱5,000 |
Method: Bakit Magkasama ang Book Value at Market Value?
Broker-generated market snapshot dated October 3, 2026. Displayed financial figures retain their original precision; share quantities are omitted.| Broker snapshot as of October 3, 2026 | Actual figure |
|---|---|
| Stock investment market value | ₱205,822.78 |
| Unrealized loss | −₱27,110.86 |
| Unrealized gain/loss percentage | −11.64% |
| Figure | Kahulugan |
|---|---|
| 8.0% income / contributions | Cumulative recorded net income divided by total contributions |
| −11.64% unrealized gain/loss | Broker-reported loss rate ng kasalukuyang stock holdings |
| Approximately −4.5% versus contributions | Indicative total market equity shortfall relative to contributed capital |
Batay sa underlying unrounded records, approximately ₱10,000 below total contributions ang portfolio, equivalent to about −4.5%.
| Stock | FIFO cost, rounded up |
|---|---|
| RCR | ₱52,000 |
| MER | ₱31,000 |
| TEL | ₱26,000 |
| CREIT | ₱16,000 |
| MONDE | ₱15,000 |
| Stock | Broker unrealized gain/loss |
|---|---|
| RCR | −16.64% |
| MER | −19.19% |
| TEL | −14.63% |
| CREIT | −6.73% |
| MONDE | −9.13% |
