Journey: Mula May accumulation hanggang September harvest
Method: Paano namin itinakda ang anchor
| Transaction Date | Shares | Net Acquisition Cost |
|---|---|---|
| May 6, 2026 | 100 | ₱2,753.10 |
| June 26, 2026 | 100 | ₱2,346.90 |
| June 30, 2026 | 100 | ₱2,286.73 |
| June 30, 2026 | 100 | ₱2,296.76 |
| July 23, 2026 | 100 | ₱2,221.53 |
| Total | 500 | ₱11,905.02 |
Anchor price = ₱11,905.02 ÷ 500 = ₱23.81004, rounded to ₱23.8100.
| Refill Layer | Gross Purchase Price Range | Shares Bought |
|---|---|---|
| Layer 1 | ₱22.65 and over | 400 |
| Layer 2 | ₱21.45–₱22.60 | 100 |
| Layer 3 | ₱20.25–₱21.40 | 0 |
| Layer 4 | ₱19.05–₱20.20 | 500 |
| Layer 5 | ₱19.00 and under | 1,500 |
| Total | 2,500 |
Average net cost = ₱48,460.54 ÷ 2,500 = ₱19.3842 bawat share.
Harvest planning: Ang original price zones
| Harvest Zone | Planned Gross Selling Price Range |
|---|---|
| Phase 1 | ₱25.25–₱26.65 |
| Phase 2 | ₱26.70–₱28.05 |
| Phase 3 | ₱28.10–₱29.50 |
| Phase 4 | ₱29.55–₱30.95 |
| Phase 5 | ₱31.00–₱32.35 |
Ang pangunahing exit trigger: Above the upper Bollinger band
Full harvest during September strength, triggered by the move above the upper Bollinger band, before reaching the original SDA harvest zones.
Record: Ang income statement
| Investment Income and Expenses | Amount | % of Gross Proceeds |
|---|---|---|
| Gross Proceeds from Sale of Investments | ₱50,878.00 | 100.00% |
| Less: Cost of Investments Sold | (₱48,460.54) | 95.25% |
| Gross Trading Profit | ₱2,417.46 | 4.75% |
| Dividend Income | — | — |
| Less: Selling Fees and Taxes | (₱200.97) | 0.40% |
| Net Realized Gain | ₱2,216.49 | 4.36% |
| Net Income | ₱2,216.49 | 4.36% |
October 2 follow-up: Ang chart pagkatapos ng harvest
Reflection: SDA structure, technical timing, at judgment
