Introduction

The REITs & Dividend Stock Fund (LIVE Series #6)

A disciplined, yield-focused, long-term, cashflow-driven portfolio — fully LIVE, fully transparent, and fully integrated into the Multi-Portfolio Era.

1️⃣ Why Add a REITs & Dividend Stock Fund?

Three reasons:

1. Cashflow Completes the Ecosystem

Ang lima nating series ay puro growth, momentum, recovery, or discipline-based layering.
Pero walang dedicated cashflow engine.

A REIT and dividend portfolio strengthens the system with:

✔ regular yields
✔ semi-predictable income cycles
✔ long-term compounding through reinvestment
✔ stability during volatile PSE cycles

2. REITs are finally becoming attractive again

Pagkatapos ng multi-year correction at high interest rate environment, many Philippine REITs now trade at:

  • deep discounts to NAV

  • high dividend yields

  • re-accumulation zones sa weekly/monthly charts

Hindi man sila pang-breakout na style, pero pang-compound ng capital over years.

3. A Shariah-aware dividend framework

Even though most REITs are not Shariah-certified, we’ll be applying:

  • ethical screening

  • avoidance of excessive uncertainty

  • no leverage

  • risk-aware layering

  • yield-based logic instead of interest-based logic

We remain mindful of our Islamic principles while still participating in capital appreciation and rental-backed dividends.

2️⃣ What Makes This Series Different

This isn’t your typical “collect dividends” blog series.

This new series is built around:

Strategic Deep Averaging (SDA) Profit/Loss Variant

We buy on downcycles using SDA logic — but with yield multipliers as confirmation.

Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit Rule (DYM Exit Rule)

Instead of waiting for +12% Unrealized P/L, the exit logic assesses:

  • annual dividend yield × multiplier (1.5×, 2×, or 3× depending on stock behavior)

  • price’s overextension above fair yield zones

  • reinvestment opportunities into deep-value REITs

Long-Term Yield Zones + Weekly Trend Recovery

We only accumulate when both:

  • dividend yield zone is attractive, and

  • weekly chart structure shows exhaustion or bottoming

No hype. No pump-and-dump. No high-risk yields.

We focus on:

  • stable REITs with recurring income

  • dividend-paying stocks with clean fundamentals

  • clear cashflow cycle visibility

This is a slow, steady, disciplined series.

3️⃣ Portfolio Composition & Strategy

Capital Allocation for This Series

Core Logic:

“Buy long-term cashflow. Accumulate in deep value. Release layers through yield multipliers.”

Potential Portfolio Components:

(Exact list will evolve live — transparent updates per post.)

  • REITs (CREIT, DDMPR, MREIT, RCR, etc.)

  • Dividend-paying stocks (DNL)

  • Yield-stable consumer names (CNPF)

  • Ethical, durable, predictable payers (MER)

Techniques Used:

✔ SDA P/L Down-Cycle Accumulation
✔ Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit (DYM Rule)
✔ Hybrid 10-Step Strategy (Weekly & Monthly)
✔ Layered Accumulation
✔ Phased Exit
✔ Rotation Between REITs Based on Yield Efficiency

4️⃣ Strategic Role in the Micro Stock Trader Ecosystem

Each of the first five series had a unique purpose.
This new one fills the missing pillar:

SeriesRole
TRFMomentum, tactical reactions
Halal Core GrowthClean long-term growth
MONDE-OnlySingle-stock mastery
Ethical Turnaround PicksValue + recovery
Jimmy SeriesReal-time, small-capital realism
REITs & Dividend Stock FundCashflow + stability + yield compounding

5️⃣ How the New Series Complements the Existing Five

⭐ Complements TRF

While TRF jumps between momentum, this series stays calm — persistent yield collector.

⭐ Complements Halal Core Growth

While HCGF grows through appreciation, the new series grows through cashflow.

⭐ Complements MONDE-Only

While MONDE-Only trains deep conviction, this trains deep patience.

⭐ Complements Ethical Turnaround Picks

While ETP hunts turnarounds, this series thrives even in sideways markets.

⭐ Complements the Jimmy Series

This gives the retail trader a realistic look at “slow money” versus “active money.”

Sa madaling salita:
This new series gives balance, stability, and long-term compounding to the entire Micro Stock Trader universe.

6️⃣ What Readers Can Expect

✔ LIVE trades
✔ Weekly Chart Snapshots
✔ Yield-based tactical plans
✔ SDA layering applied to REITs
✔ Phased exits using the DYM Exit Rule
✔ Transparent cashflow documentation
✔ Clean, ethical, Shariah-aware positioning
✔ Long-term compounding mindset
✔ Step-by-step logic for every buy and sell decision

This is not just another trading series.
This is the missing cornerstone.

Introducing the New SDA Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit Rule (DYM Exit Rule)

Board Lot Warrior › Strategic Deep Averaging › Exit Rules Update › DYM Exit Rule Introduction

A clean blue-and-gold banner introducing the new Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit Rule (DYM Exit Rule) for the Strategic Deep Averaging system. The left side features bold text emphasizing the adaptive exit logic, while the right side displays a calculator icon with a percentage symbol and an upward arrow beside a wheat icon, symbolizing dividend-based growth and stock-specific exit signals.
Kaya today, we’re strengthening our Strategic Deep Averaging (SDA) system with a more adaptive, stock-specific, and fundamentally grounded exit rule. Welcome to the Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit Rule.

9️⃣ Alignment with our Halal, Long-Term, Value-Based Investing Framework
🔟 Final Thoughts and Next Steps for Live SDA Trades

1️⃣ Bakit namin kinailangan baguhin ang SDA Exit System

As we applied the Strategic Deep Averaging (SDA) system to real trades, we discovered an important reality: not all fundamentally strong stocks behave the same way during recovery.

Some stocks:

  • move sideways for weeks,

  • hover below the +12% threshold,

  • and trap capital longer than necessary.

We needed an exit rule that stays disciplined but also becomes more dynamic and stock-specific.

2️⃣ Limitasyon ng Original +12% SDA Exit Rule

Our original SDA exit logic was clear-cut:

Sell 1 board lot at +12% Unrealized P/L.

This worked beautifully for:

  • trending recoveries

  • fast rebounds

  • V-shaped reactions

BUT during weak market sentiment, many stocks:

  • never hit +12%

  • or hit it only after long consolidation

  • leading to stagnation and low capital recycling

We needed a solution that keeps SDA moving, not stuck.

3️⃣ Ang Solusyon: Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit (DYM Exit Rule)

Today, we officially introduce the:

🔵 Dividend Yield Multiplier Exit Rule (DYM Exit Rule)

Unrealized P/L Exit Trigger = Annual Dividend Yield × Multiplier

This creates a stock-specific early exit level that is:

  • based on fundamentals,

  • grounded in value,

  • adaptive to behavior,

  • and fully aligned with SDA philosophy.

4️⃣ Paano gumagana ang DYM Exit Rule

The idea is simple:

Every stock already has its own natural yield.
If the market gives us a gain equivalent to twice, 1.5×, or equal to its annual dividend yield,
that is already a meaningful recovery signal worth releasing one SDA layer.

Formula:

DYM Exit Threshold = Dividend Yield × Multiplier

Once current Unrealized P/L reaches that threshold,
we may release 1 board lot, even if +12% has not yet been achieved.

5️⃣ Recommended Multipliers per Stock Category

Different stocks behave differently.
So we group them by behavior and adjust multipliers accordingly:

🟢 Consumer Stocks (MONDE, URC, WLCON, RFM)

Multiplier: ×2.0 to ×2.5
→ Early exit typically 5%–12%

Reason:
Consumer stocks move steadily but slowly. A 5–10% move is already strong during weak sentiment.

🟢 REITs (RCR, CREIT, MREIT, DDMPR)

Multiplier: ×1.0 to ×1.5
→ Early exit typically 5%–9%

Reason:
REITs already give consistent high dividends.
Matching or slightly exceeding their yield is a logical release level.

🟢 Industrials / Ethical Turnaround Stocks (SCC, DMC, PCOR)

Multiplier: ×1.5
→ Early exit typically 7%–15%

Reason:
These names move in larger swings, so we set a moderate multiplier to avoid premature exit.

6️⃣ Sample Computations (Real Numbers)

MONDE

Dividend Yield: 5.08%
Multiplier: ×2
DYM Exit = 10% Unrealized P/L

WLCON

Dividend Yield: 2.12%
Multiplier: ×2
DYM Exit = 4–5% Unrealized P/L

CREIT

Dividend Yield: 5.63%
Multiplier: ×1
DYM Exit = 6%

SCC

Dividend Yield: 4.29%
Multiplier: ×1.5
DYM Exit ≈ 7%

Each stock now has a customized, fundamental-based exit zone.

7️⃣ Integration with Existing SDA Rules

The introduction of the DYM rule does not replace the original SDA exit framework.
Instead, SDA now has four official exit pathways:

1. DYM Exit Rule (NEW)

Dividend Yield × Multiplier

2. +12% Standard SDA Exit Rule

Our original baseline

3. MAPA Violation Exit

If thesis breaks or risk zone breached

4. Portfolio Alignment Exit

If stock belongs to another live portfolio (ex: Halal Core)

All four work together to create a complete, flexible system.

8️⃣ Bakit ito mas matibay, mas flexible, at mas realistic

The DYM Exit Rule strengthens the SDA strategy because it:

  • Prevents capital stagnation

  • Increases layer recycling

  • Matches exit levels to stock behavior

  • Avoids emotional selling

  • Grounds the exit logic on fundamentals

  • Works even during sideways and uncertain markets

  • Aligns with the rhythm of each stock

SDA becomes smarter, faster, and more disciplined at the same time.

9️⃣ Alignment with Our Halal, Long-Term, Value-Based Approach

The DYM rule is rooted in:

  • the company’s real economic output,

  • shareholder value creation,

  • and intrinsic yield—
not interest, speculation, or artificial criteria.

This ensures that every move we make remains aligned with:

  • ethical investing,

  • value-based decisions, and

  • long-term sustainability.

🔟 Final Thoughts & Next Steps

Markets evolve. Our system evolves with them.
The DYM Exit Rule is our next step toward a more complete, more adaptive, and more consistently disciplined SDA system.

Starting today,
all our live SDA positions will now carry a DYM Exit Threshold,
together with the standard +12%, MAPA, and Alignment rules.

This is the modern SDA:
fundamental, flexible, and future-ready.

Hindi Market ang Kalaban — Puso Natin: SDA Discipline Reflections

Board Lot Warrior › Subok sa Puso Hindi Lang Strategy Series ›SDA Reflections

Illustration of a candlestick chart descending diagonally with a human head silhouette showing a heart-shaped emotional overlay, symbolizing how emotions influence stock trading decisions under the SDA Strategy.
SDA trading is simple on paper—buy at deep discounts, sell at strong rebounds—but today proved that the real battle is not with the market, but with our own impulses.

“The market is not the enemy. Your emotions are.”

  • Buy at –5% or deeper.

  • Sell at +12% or higher.

Walang komplikasyon. Walang speculation. Walang guesswork.

What We Did Today — And What It Revealed

Let’s be completely honest with ourselves.

Today, we:

  • sold at +2% instead of +12%

  • bought at –1.5% instead of –5%

1. We Reacted to Noise, Not the Cycle

“Uy, profit! Baka bumalik, kunin na natin.”

This wasn’t greed.
It was fear of losing what is momentarily there, kahit hindi pa siya part ng tunay nating target.

This wasn’t recklessness.
It was fear of missing a small discount.

Parehong emosyon ang nag-produce ng parehong error:
reaction instead of discipline.

2. We Felt FOMO in Both Directions

Normally iniisip ng marami na FOMO is fear of missing upside.

Pero sa totoo lang, FOMO has two faces:

  • fear of missing profits

  • fear of missing dips

At pareho itong lumabas today.

Selling early at +2%
Buying early at –1.5%

3. We Don’t Fully Trust the System Yet — And That’s Normal

Every new system demands psychological calibration.

Alam natin ang rules.
Alam natin ang logic.
Alam natin ang benefits.

Pero sa mga unang linggo ng SDA:

  • we doubt

  • we hesitate

  • we overreact

  • we micro-manage

  • we try to “help” the system kahit hindi kailangan

This wasn’t a lack of intelligence — it was a momentary emotional override.
This is human nature adjusting to a mechanical structure.

And it’s a normal part of the Subok ng Puso journey.

Did We Harm the Portfolio?

Hindi.

Zero structural harm.
Zero disaster.
Zero irreversible loss.

What we created were two small opportunity costs:

  1. Profit ceiling was reduced

  2. Cost basis was slightly increased

Pero walang nasirang plan.
Walang nasirang foundation.

The SDA architecture remains solid.

What happened today was not a portfolio failure —
it was an emotional test.

The Real Lesson: Emotions Are Harder Than Charts

Charts are predictable.
Strategies are predictable.
Cycles are predictable.

  • To trust a long-term system

  • To detach from micro-fluctuations

  • To stay calm kahit may konting green or konting red

  • To delay impulses

  • To allow the plan to work without interference

Today proves that:

The hardest part of SDA is not the math — it’s managing our heart.

Islamic Reflection: This Was Not Sin — It Was Nafs Training

Walang riba dito.
Walang haram activity.
Walang moral failure.

Ang struggle natin today is not spiritual sinning —
it is nafs discipline, a core Islamic principle.

SDA, at its heart, is:

  • patience (ṣabr)

  • trust (tawakkul)

  • discipline (adab sa pera)

  • stewardship (amanah)

When we buy too early or sell too early,
hindi tayo nagiging masama —
we’re simply being tested on how we manage fear and desire.

And as long as we correct ourselves…
the barakah remains open.

So What Happens Now?

Simple lang:

  • We learn.

  • We refine.

  • We recommit.

  • We continue with clarity.

Hindi ito palpak.
Hindi ito setback.
Hindi ito broken system.

This is data,
this is awareness,
this is growth,
and this is subok ng puso.

A necessary part of becoming disciplined, halal-aligned long-term traders.

Final Reflection

What we gained today is far more valuable than the few pesos na na-leak sa timing errors.

We gained:

  • awareness

  • humility

  • discipline insight

  • emotional mapping

  • system trust

  • spiritual grounding

At higit sa lahat—

na-realize natin na ang market is not the battlefield.
Tayo ang battlefield.

And that makes today
a powerful victory disguised as a small mistake.

ETP and MONDE-Only ₱30K Reallocation Plan

Board Lot Warrior › Subok Series › Portfolio Realignment › Capital Deployment

A simple two-column graphic titled “ETP and MONDE-Only ₱30K Reallocation Plan.” The left side is shaded dark green and labeled “Ethical Turnaround Picks – ₱20,000,” while the right side is white and labeled “MONDE-Only Tactical Fund – ₱10,000.” Below the boxes is the text: “Retain All Excess Cash Within TRF.”
After the TRF cleanup, only ₱30,000 will be transferred out to strengthen the Ethical Turnaround Picks and the MONDE-Only Tactical Fund. All capital above ₱30,000 will be retained WITHIN the Tactical Rotation Fund, preserved as cash reserve for future tactical opportunities. This is how we maintain discipline and fund identity across the entire ecosystem.

INTRO:

Matapos nating linisin ang Tactical Rotation Fund (TRF) — exiting SCC, DMC, PCOR, MONDE, URC, at WLCON — malinaw na ngayon ang next step:
how do we redeploy capital in a way that keeps each fund true to its identity?

The answer:

We will extract exactly ₱30,000 from TRF

₱20,000 goes to Ethical Turnaround Picks (ETP)

₱10,000 goes to the MONDE-Only Tactical Fund

ALL capital ABOVE ₱30,000 remains inside TRF

as internal tactical cash reserve for rotation plays.

This ensures:
✔ TRF remains light and mobile
✔ ETP gets proper deep-layer capital
✔ MONDE Tactical stays precision-focused
✔ No fund becomes bloated or overlapping
✔ Cash is preserved for future tactical windows

🟦 THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAN

1️⃣ Establish ETP with True Turnaround Capital (₱20K)

ETP is for deep, halal-aligned recovery stocks (SCC, PCOR, DMC).
They need slow layering — not tactical cycling.

2️⃣ Launch MONDE-Only Tactical with the Right Size (₱10K)

A tactical one-stock fund must be light, fast, and precise.

3️⃣ Preserve TRF’s Excess Capital “INSIDE TRF”

NOT moved elsewhere
NOT deployed prematurely
NOT allocated to other funds

It remains TRF’s tactical cash reserve.
This protects TRF’s identity as a fast-moving rotation fund.

📘 NILALAMAN

  1. TRF Cleanup Recap

  2. Why ₱30K Only Will Be Extracted

  3. ETP Allocation Plan (₱20K)

  4. MONDE Tactical Allocation (₱10K)

  5. TRF Cash Reserve — Why It Stays

  6. Halal Risk Discipline

  7. Next Steps

  8. Final Recommendation

  9. Closing Reflection

🟥 1️⃣ TRF Cleanup Recap

We exited:

  • SCC, DMC, PCOR → migrated to ETP

  • MONDE, URC, WLCON → realigned to Halal Core & MONDE Tactical

This restored TRF’s tactical identity.

🟧 2️⃣ Why Only ₱30K Will Be Pulled Out

To give ETP and MONDE Tactical enough capital without weakening TRF.

If we pull out too much:

  • TRF loses tactical agility

  • ETP becomes overloaded

  • MONDE Tactical becomes oversized

  • Overlaps reappear

₱30K is the clean, balanced amount.

🟩 3️⃣ ETP Allocation Plan — ₱20,000

ETP Allocation Plan — ₱20,000

Breakdown:

  • SCC – ~₱6,666

  • PCOR – ~₱6,666

  • DMC – ~₱6,666

Actual execution via SDA layering.

🟦 4️⃣ MONDE-Only Tactical Fund — ₱10,000

MONDE-Only Tactical Fund — ₱10,000

Rules:

🟧 5️⃣ TRF Cash Reserve — Why It Stays

All capital ABOVE ₱30,000 remains WITHIN TRF.

Not transferred.
Not reallocated.
Not deployed externally.

It stays as:

  • tactical ammo

  • sector rotation buffer

  • catalyst-entry reserve

  • volatility protection

This gives TRF the ability to strike when rotation windows suddenly appear.

🕌 6️⃣ Halal Risk Discipline

We avoid harmful excess risk through:

  • controlled extraction (₱30K only)

  • strong cash buffers

  • clear fund boundaries

  • no reckless redeployment

  • sabr in timing entries

  • tawakkul after execution

🔮 7️⃣ Next Steps

  • Begin ETP layering on red cycles

  • Wait for MONDE tactical trigger

  • Rebuild TRF positions with discipline

  • Keep TRF reserve untouched

  • Monitor PSEi weekly bias

📌 8️⃣ Final Recommendation

Final Recommendation:
Deploy only ₱30,000 OUT OF TRF:

  • ₱20,000 → ETP

  • ₱10,000 → MONDE Tactical

Retain ALL excess capital WITHIN TRF
as tactical reserve for future cycles.

🌙 9️⃣ Closing Reflection

This is discipline.
This is clarity.
This is fund architecture done right.

📝 Insert Note: Updated Capital Allocation (November 28, 2025 Update)

Update (November 28, 2025):
As part of our ongoing cleanup and rebalancing across the Subok Series portfolios, we are officially restoring the ₱25,000 capital allocation for the MONDE-Only Tactical Fund.

This brings the MONDE-Only Fund back to its original structure under the MONDE Specialist Staircase System, where Stage 1 begins at ₱25,000 → ₱50,000 → ₱75,000 in sequential mastery levels.

✔ Why we restored the ₱25,000 capital now

1️⃣ The Tactical Rotation Fund (TRF) has stabilized post-cleanup.
After settling all reallocations and removing stagnant positions earlier this week, TRF now holds sufficient liquidity and is structurally ready to stand on its own.
This frees us to return the remaining ₱15,000 to the MONDE-Only Fund as originally designed.

2️⃣ MONDE now benefits from full Stage 1 deployment.
With the SDA–Adaptive Layer Model in place and our tactical monitoring becoming more refined, having the complete ₱25,000 allocation restores the full capability of the MONDE Specialist Plan.
This allows us to execute SDA layers and momentum triggers with better precision and scale.

3️⃣ Cleaner separation across all Subok Series portfolios.
Now that the temporary ₱10,000 setup served its purpose, restoring the original ₱25K allocation ensures:

  • Zero overlap between TRF and MONDE

  • Clearer identity per fund

  • Stronger capital discipline

  • Improved portfolio-level tracking

4️⃣ The market context now supports full capital deployment.
The last few days showed improved structure in MONDE, where price and volume behavior now justify returning to the full Stage 1 framework.

In summary (November 28 Update):

  • The MONDE-Only Fund is once again fully funded at ₱25,000.

  • The temporary ₱10,000 setup is now concluded.

  • Stage 1 (₱25K) of the MONDE Specialist Staircase is officially reinstated.

  • Execution follows the SDA–Adaptive Layer Model + Tactical Triggers.

  • All Subok Series funds now maintain clean, independent identities.

This update keeps our capital framework consistent, disciplined, and fully aligned with long-term halal investing principles.

📝 Insert Note: Updated Capital Allocation (Important Update)

Insert Note (November 24, 2025 Update):
In our previous post The MONDE-Only Board Lot Warrior Plan, the MONDE-Only Plan officially started with ₱25,000, forming the Stage 1 foundation of the MONDE Specialist Staircase System. That plan remains valid, and the long-term structure (₱25K → ₱50K → ₱75K) is still our official framework.

However, dahil sa large-scale cleanup ng Tactical Rotation Fund (TRF) ngayong linggo, nagkaroon tayo ng strategic reallocation across all active funds under the Subok Series. Bilang bahagi nito, we temporarily extracted only ₱10,000 from TRF for the MONDE-Only Tactical Fund, instead of the full ₱25,000 originally allocated.

Bakit ₱10,000 muna?

  1. We needed to preserve TRF’s tactical cash reserve.
TRF must stay nimble and liquid after the cleanup—so all capital ABOVE ₱30,000 remains inside TRF.

  2. The market context does not yet demand the full ₱25K deployment.
MONDE remains in Stage 1 (SDA-only), and SDA works best with small, controlled exposure.

  3. We will replenish the MONDE fund back to ₱25,000.
The original ₱25K Starter Plan still stands.
We are simply starting Stage 1 with ₱10K for practical, disciplined, and halal-aligned capital management, and we will inject the remaining ₱15K in coming cycles when market structure justifies it.

  4. This ensures zero overlap and cleaner fund identities.
The partial extraction allows TRF, ETP, Halal Core, and MONDE Tactical to maintain perfect separation and clarity.

In summary:
👉 Stage 1 of the MONDE-Only Specialist Plan is still a ₱25,000 framework.
👉 We are simply beginning with ₱10,000 based on the current reallocation plan.
👉 The remaining ₱15,000 will be added back once conditions align with the Staircase Strategy.

This adjustment keeps our ecosystem clean, Shariah-compliant, and deeply disciplined — without compromising the long-term design of the MONDE Tactical Staircase.

GAWLOO, The Southeast Asian Congee Experience Dine-In
