LEVEL 6 GRADUATION RULE v1.0

Micro Harvesting Portfolio Governance Doctrine

Effective Date: January 16, 2026
System: Micro Harvesting
Scope: Portfolio Control, Capital Graduation, Conviction Management

πŸ“Œ Purpose of Level 6

Level 6 represents Graduated Conviction.

Level 6 stocks are allowed:

  • Higher trust

  • Stable anchor presence

  • Priority RTS participation during volatility expansion

But not unlimited capital.

🧠 Core Principle

Conviction in Micro Harvesting is earned through efficiency under volatility — not stability, not popularity, not narrative.

πŸ—️ Definition: What Is a Level 6 Stock?

A Level 6 stock is one that has graduated from experimental, rotational, or stabilizing roles and is now recognized as a reliable RGOC engine within the Micro Harvesting system.

It has demonstrated:

  • Repeatable profitability

  • Discipline compatibility

  • Governance maturity

  • Capital-worthiness over time

πŸ”’ Level 6 Graduation Criteria (ALL must be satisfied)

A stock may be promoted to Level 6 only if it satisfies all of the following:

1️⃣ Sustained Positive RGOC

  • HIGH volatility stocks:

    • Preferred threshold: ≥ 3.0% weighted RGOC

  • MEDIUM volatility stocks:

    • Preferred threshold: ≥ 2.0% weighted RGOC

  • RGOC must be based on multiple trades, not a single outlier.

2️⃣ Multiple Completed Harvest Cycles

  • Must demonstrate repeatable harvest behavior

  • Not a one-time rally or accidental spike

  • Evidence of entry → harvest → re-entry discipline

3️⃣ Meaningful RHER Contribution

  • Stock must materially contribute to Realized Harvest Efficiency Rate (RHER)

  • RHER contribution must be disproportionate to capital deployed, not merely volume-driven

4️⃣ No Strategy-Induced Losses

  • No realized losses attributable to:

    • Poor band discipline

    • Emotional exits

    • Strategy breakdown

  • Excluded from evaluation:

    • Execution errors (human/system)

    • Corporate actions (delisting, tender offers)

    • Governance-driven resets

5️⃣ Operational Maturity

A Level 6 stock must:

  • Have no “TO RESOLVE” status

  • Maintain a clean anchor + RTS structure

  • Require no forced cleanup

  • Exhibit mechanical compatibility with Micro Harvesting rules

6️⃣ Capital Behavior Worthy of Concentration

  • Proven under real-money conditions

  • Stable behavior across time, not just favorable market phases

  • Earned trust through data, not belief

🚫 What Level 6 Is NOT

Level 6 is not:

  • The highest dividend payer

  • The safest stock

  • The most liquid stock

  • The most frequently traded stock

  • A guarantee of future gains

Low-volatility and blue-chip stocks may succeed in Micro Harvesting without ever becoming Level 6.

That is by design.

πŸ† Official Level 6 List (v1.0 — Locked)

Based on RGOC data, Dashboard II, and governance review:

Level 6 — Graduated Conviction

  • FNI

  • DNL

  • WLCON

These stocks have:

  • High-volatility efficiency

  • Clean harvest history

  • Superior RGOC × RHER profiles

  • Proven discipline compatibility

🟑 Near-Level 6 (Not Yet Graduated)

(For monitoring only; not locked)

  • SCC

  • ICT

These require:

  • Additional clean harvest cycles

  • Full operational resolution (if applicable)

πŸ’° Capital Allocation Governance (Level 6 Cap)

To preserve the anti-concentration DNA of Micro Harvesting:

  • Total Level 6 Capital ≤ 20% of Deployed Capital

  • Default operating band: 10%–15%

  • Any breach requires explicit governance note

Level 6 increases trust, not risk appetite.

πŸ” Review & Demotion Policy

  • Level 6 status is not permanent

  • Demotion may occur if:

    • Repeated failure to meet RGOC bands

    • Structural incompatibility emerges

    • Governance rules are violated

  • Reviews are data-triggered, not time-based

πŸ“– Closing Doctrine Statement

Level 6 is where conviction ends and discipline begins.

The system does not serve the stock.
The stock serves the system.

Locked under Micro Harvesting Governance.
Any amendment requires a new version number.

πŸ“Œ Shariah Compliance Advisory (Updated Nov 26, 2025)

The PSE has confirmed that its Shariah screening program is currently paused, with no new lists to be released until their internal review is completed. Although news outlets reported quarterly updates up to mid-2025, these later lists are no longer accessible on the PSE website.

For now, the PSE’s Shariah-Compliant Securities page and all past lists have been removed from the public website. The December 24, 2024 list is the last official version in Micro Stock Trader’s possession, downloaded before the page was taken down, although other investors may still hold later copies such as the reported July 4, 2025 release.

All halal-focused strategies under Micro Stock Trader will use a conservative, self-screened approach until official guidance resumes, in shā’ Allāh.
